PS Vita First Edition Bundle Announced

We love getting our hands on things early around here. I'm sure all of our readers love to be among the first to get or try something out as well. It's always a neat feeling to get a game early but I have never had the pleasure of doing so with an entire system. The new PS Vita First Edition bundle was announced today and the best part is that you, yes you, can also take part in the promotion.
As you know, the Vita has a release date of February 22, 2012. Well, if you live in the United States or Canada (sorry, Europe) you can take advantage of this promotion at "select retail locations" starting today. Just where are these locations you may ask? Well, after scouring the web I could only find one place that already has it up and that's Amazon. No word yet if the usual suspects (Gamestop, Best Buy, Wal-Mart) will have it available.
So what all can you get on this bundle that releases on February 15? For $349.99 you can nab the PS Vita 3G + Wi-Fi model, a limited edition case, a 4GB memory card, and Little Deviants. You can get even more details here.
So this begs the question: will you be one of the early adopters? Do you think this is perhaps a clever marketing ploy to make people buy the 3G version and use AT&T's coverage? Are you just ticked off that the thing requires memory cards just to play games? I'll be honest, I'm not a huge handheld guy but they are tempting me with the early release, a game, and a memory card all mixed together. Still may not be quite enough to push me over the edge, but I know a few of my fellow staff members rushed to Amazon when they heard the news.
