Prepare for the STACKED Masters Showdown
No, seriously, go prepare, there's big money and TV exposure in it for you.

You have to hand it to the boys at Myelin Media and 5000Ft. For... well, a couple years now, they've talked a big game about STACKED being the first poker game to really integrate heavily with the real-life poker superstars, and we're actually seeing them make good on it. A couple weeks ago, we told you about a tourney/TV special that was going to air on MTV of all places, but what we didn't tell you was that you could be on it.
If the cards are in your favor.
See, the STACKED cover boy, Daniel Negreanu, is more than willing to play some cards with the folks that are playing his game, but you've gotta earn that spot at the final table. It works like this: officially-sanctioned STACKED Masters Showdown Tournaments that you participate in net you points -- everything from skill level to where you finish to what the buy-in for the games were will give you more points. Win enough tourneys and you'll get to play against Danny Boy and we might just catch your face in the highlight reel during the Grand Finale special next month. If you've never played poker before, fret not. The lower buy-in tourneys will come along much more often than the high buy-in ones, giving everyone a chance to save up cash before they go up against the big boys.
Registering for the tournaments is a simple as going to the official tourney web site and checking in with your Gamer Tag and e-mail addy. Show up no more than an hour before the official games start, and you're in. From there, it's wherever luck and a little skill gets ya. Here's the full schedule of the tournament times and dates.
