Petty Pet PetPet Pet Petterson
Yeah, that's a reference to a new Neopets PSP game.

The guys that created Neopets are some very, very smart people. Not only did they create an entirely online-based pet-raising community, but they managed to rake in a whopping $160 million when MTV bought the site. Not bad for a bunch of cutesy aminals raised entirely through your web browser.
Oh, sure, the site has mini-games and a marketplace and plenty of other distractions for cuddly companion rearing, but perhaps most impressive of all is that the site and it's digital denizens were deemed interesting enough to get picked up as a license by Sony. The first game, The Darkest Faerie already hit the PS2, but what about the equally adorable shiny black PSP? That's where Petpet Adventures -- The Wand of Wishing comes in.
"We've taken some of the best-loved aspects of the Neopets online experience and added 3D gameplay with exceptionally detailed environments and rich graphics that reflect the Neopets style," giggled Susan Nourai, director, online and product marketing, Sony Computer Entertainment America. "Neopets: Petpet Adventures -- The Wand of Wishing combines strong character development with bite-sized gaming sessions in an easy to play game, anywhere, anytime."
"Building on the successful release of Neopets: The Darkest Faerie for the PlayStation 2 computer entertainment system last fall, Sony Computer Entertainment America has crafted another terrific extension of the Neopets universe," added a cheery Doug Dohring, NeoPets Inc.'s chairman and CEO. "Whether you're a gaming enthusiast or a Neopets fan, the gameplay and features of Neopets: Petpet Adventures -- The Wand of Wishing has great appeal."
Boy that Mr. Dohring really knows how to rock the Sony vernacular. Computer entertainment system indeed. Well, played, Doug, well played. Still, as the lovely Ms. Nourai mentioned, the game is indeed in 3D, supports a Wi-Fi Ad Hoc connection, and is littered with 30 worlds, 100+ characters and 700+ items. Not too shabby for a little portable game. Not that it would matter, you're already checking to see if your Neopet bit the dust because you forgot about it, aren't you? Bad, Neopet owner, your punishment is buying the PSP game.
