Phil Harrison recently attended a Q&A session at the D.I.C.E. conference in Las Vegas, Nevada where he let the beans spill on a new game. According to IGN, when asked what games he had been playing on other platforms, Harrison claimed that he had enough to play between the PS3 and his PSP. He then said that he had just played “Loco Roco’s next version” while travelling to the event.

The fact that Harrison was playing the game in his car would suggest that it will be released on the PSP platform. He provided no additional details or a date when we can expect to see this game released. However, if he was playing a recent build on his PSP, this would suggest that the game’s development is well underway, and could be arriving on the PSP sooner than you would believe.

You might also recall that back in December, Harrison confirmed that multiple LocoRoco games were in development, which suggests that a new LocoRoco property could also find its way onto the PlayStation 3. We will have more updates on this story as they become available.
