In its recent announcement of Jak X: Combat Racing, a fourth installment in the platform-turned-GTA-turned-racing franchise, Sony Computer Entertainment America managed to make a little reference to a title seemingly being developed in conjunction with the racing title: Daxter PSP. The name is no doubt tentative and details are practically nonexistent for the time being. The only slight reference Sony made was that playing Daxter PSP will allow for secret unlockables in Jak X such as mods, decals, vehicles, and apparently a hidden character from Daxter PSP. PS2 to PSP connectivity, anyone?

More details on Daxter PSP are likely to emerge at E3 2005, a Sony rep told us, so keep your eyes and ears peeled for more on this one.
