Once again it is time for the compilation of info on upcoming releases and dates that is just not interesting enough to warrant it's own story. That isn't to say you are a lose rif you are interested in these games. No, it's just that these aren't AAA titles that we get fed a lot of details on. Or they are just so far off that there isn't too much to say yet. SO enjoy these bite-sized looks at stuff hitting in the next few months!




Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen DLC -PS3- August 27th

Hopefully you aren't still trying to say Optimus Prime or Bumblebee or whomever, becuase before you know it (this PSN update!) they will be rolling out some new DLC for Gooie's favorite movie franchise game! the pack contains eight brand-new playable characters and three new character skins, most of which are usable in both the single-player campaign and multiplayer. There are also three new multiplayer maps, a new “Expert” difficultly level for the single-player campaign.

Sandstorm – transports players to yet another section of Cairo, populated with low buildings and wide-open regions perfect for instantaneous, frenetic action

Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao -PS3- August 27th

Finally 3D gaming is making the comeback we all have been hoping for since Rad Racer on the NES! Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao, hitting PSN this week, updates the classic beat-‘em-up genre with highly interactive 2D stages and stunningly beautiful graphics. Oh yeah, and it also supports stereoscopic 3D! View crisp and clear 3D depth of field without sacrificing color or clarity through most high-end 3D Ready TVs. The game also includes anaglyph 3D which is compatible with any television set and a pair of standard red and cyan anaglyph glasses. Does anyone have one of those TV's?

Han Tao, General of a Thousand Victories, has pledged his life to protect the legendary Star of Destiny, a mysterious artifact recently stolen by the Evil Overlord. In his quest to recover the sacred Star, Han Tao will face a cavalcade of enemies ranging from standard grunts to undead horrors.

Offering a variety of online and local multiplayer modes, Invincible Tiger: The Legend of Han Tao allows players to team up with a friend to take on the Evil Overlord’s diabolical schemes in Story mode or battle an endless stream of enemies in Endurance mode and share your score online.


Fate/unlimited codes -PSP- September 3rd

Coming to PSP next week (as a download on the PSN), in Fate/unlimited codes, handheld fighting will reach a whole new level of drama and excitement, where warriors clash in a battle royale for the Holy Grail. Eighting, the development team who brought you Tatsunoko vs. Capcom, and Cavia, have teamed-up to bring the Fate/stay night brand to the PlayStation Portable.

Based on the visual novel Fate/stay night, Fate/unlimited codes takes place in a local town in Japan where 7 pairs of ‘Masters’ and ‘Servants’ compete for the ‘Holy Grail’ that will grant them any wish. This compelling combat experience for the PlayStation Portable features a deep roster of characters and unique fighting moves, while employing a fast-paced, weapons-based fighting system that is sure to meet any Capcom fan’s highest expectations.


DiRT 2 -PS3/PSP- September 8th

This game is known as Colin McRae : Dirt 2 everywhere but the US> Apparently us Americans haven't heard of legendary (and dead) rally racer Colin McRae. And if you saw his name, you wouldn't buy the game. So the decision was made to drop him for the US release. But thank god they also decided to add some Queens of the Stone Age to the game! In a news sotry that reads like a Rock Block, take a look at the soundtrack confirmed for the game!
