God of War III, Heavy Rain and MAG possibly not to come in 2009?

Two weeks ago SCEA announced that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves, inFamous, MLB 09: The Show, God Of War III, Heavy Rain and MAG were all going to hit stores in 2009. Now Sony announced that God Of War III, Heavy Rain and MAG are going to be released in the fiscal year 2009 which is officially dated from the 1st of April 2009 until the 31st of March 2010. Sony therefore jumped back from their promise of releasing all the above mentioned (triple A) titles until the end of the year.
Now Uncharted 2, inFamous and of course MLB 09 are still going to come out this year which is enough to provoke random screams of joy around the office. (Well, I admit those screams have always been there...ah, yes, there was another one...) And for those other titles, nothing is official yet so there is still hope for them coming out until the end of the year.
Meanwhile the rumor bakery is cranking out one PSP2 rumor after the other. Most recently David Perry, Chief Creative Officer of Acclaim and founder of Shiny Entertainment, said that he suspects that the PSP2 will hit stores earliest in the fall of 2009. According to Perry, a developer he knows is currently working on PSP2 software. On his Twitter page he also said that he heard that the handheld will not have a UMD drive and therefore all games will be download only. Keep in mind these are rumors only, but speculating about new hardware is always so much fun, isn't it?!
