My favorite game when I was first got my Atari 2600? Super Breakout. It was like Breakout, only way better since it had more than one wall design, and sometimes you could get two or three balls at once. Jump forward to college. When I was drunk at the bar, there was one good friend I could turn to... the trusty Arkanoid. Now not only did the bricks change every round, but now they dropped powerups! Couldn't drag me away. So I'm pretty hyped that Shatter hit the PSN today for $7.99. Shatter looks to take block breaking to a whole new level with boss battles, pulsing electronic music and an amazing art style.

Shatter isn't the only big release hitting the PSN today. The new WipeOut HD Fury pack drops for $9.99. Adding new tracks, a new single player campaign and three new multiplayer modes, I've got an all new reason to go back and get my ass handed to me over and over again by human and AI competitors but it all looks so pretty that I just can't stop make it stop so fast so trippy oh god must play more WipeOut HD Fury pack out now on the PSN can't stop help!

Exterminated all the Helghast in your neighborhood and feeling a little lonely? Well for $5.99 you can pick up the new Napalm and Cordite map pack for KillZone 2 today. The new pack adds 3 maps, but more importantly it lets you use the flamethrower and bolt gun in multiplayer. You can get the bundle of all the DLC maps released for $11.99 if you haven't been keeping up. You HAVE been keeping up, haven't you?

No weekly release schedule would be complete without some more Dynasty Warriors content, and of course we have stuff hitting for PS3 and PSP. First up is Dynasty Warriors : Strikeforce Quest Pack 3 for the PSP, which features 4 new quests as well as every other quest from the previous Quest Packs for the low price of FREE! And for the lucky owners of Dynasty Warriors 6 : Empires get Music Pack 2! That's right, Music Pack 2! Hey, the price is right, you know?

In the sort-of-a-release department, the second part of Watchmen: The End is Nigh is now available, but only in the Blu-Ray Directors cut of the Watchmen movie, where it is bundled with part 1. Not that interested in the film, but still love the videogame? That's weird! But not to worry, Part 2 should be hitting the PSN next week!

Finally, the news you have been waiting for. Disney released the game adaption of the hit movie G-Force. Not much to say about it since I don't want to steal the thunder from Sam's 10 page in-depth look at the game, but suffice it to say that it has 3-d if you wear special glasses! Out now for PS3!
