BioShock 2 Launches Single Player DLC
It is official: BioShock 2 is a game worth supporting to 2K
Published: August 3, 2010
A surprising number of BioShock 2 DLC has been rolling out over the past few months, including a nice free mode to spice up your playlists. However, none of these were particularly well-suited for your everyday xenophobic gamer. 2K finally has diagnosed the problem and recommended a course of treatment.
Released today, Protector Trials will put your weapon and plasmid skills to the test and bring more chaotic combat to your life. Like any gather, you must protect the Little Sister from an onslaught of splicers as she harvests ADAM. This DLC will feature 6 levels based on several spots from the sequel. It will also include seven new trophies to obtain, so I'm sure you'll have something to hunt if you've been on a trophy hunting dry-spell.
BioShock 2 was favorably reviewed when it originally released and has maintained a sizable online community to this day. You can download the Protector Trials DLC today for $4.99, as well as the multiplayer DLC from the PlayStation Store.
