So many cars, so little time.

What is all this nonsense about Midnight Clubs and Los Angeles and some jokers who call themselves Rockstar? They makes games? What?

All right, enough of the grandpa act. Rockstar Games is releasing the fourth installment of Midnight Club, Midnight Club: Los Angeles, on September 9th. Developed by Rockstar's San Diego studio, Midnight Club: Los Angeles throws players into a living, breathing L.A. and let's them go anywhere they please.

"From the beginning, Midnight Club has been about street racing in a open-world,” said Sam Houser, Founder of Rockstar Games. "With our team at Rockstar San Diego we have developed a game that we feel once again pushes the boundaries and expectations of what a racing game can be.”

Midnight Club: Los Angeles features seamless environments, plenty of street racing, and some fisticuffs thrown in for good measure. What else can I say really, it's Rockstar, after all. They're the same company that made a little something called Grand Theft Auto IV.

Midnight Club: Los Angeles lets players customize vehicles for both performance and appearance. Everything from rims, spoilers, interior gauges, tires, and tons and tons of cars are licensed from real life companies, so players can tweak to their hearts content. After that, it's time to hit 200 MPH on the freeway.

And just as a little thank you, Rockstar London developed Midnight Club: LA Remix for the PlayStation Portable, which will hit store shelves on September 9th, the same day as Midnight Club: Los Angeles. That's two big handfuls of Midnight Club in one day. What more can a speed freak ask for?
