Guitar Hero III Gets Interscope Track Pack

Featuring musicians who wear far, far too much eyeliner.

Activision will be releasing an Interscope track pack for Guitar Hero III: Legends of Rock on August 7th, featuring musicians from the eponymous label. Songs include:

- "Tina" by Flyleaf, the female-fronted band that is not Paramore. They already have a song in Rock Band, "I'm So Sick", which, interestingly enough, probably had the worthiest death-growl in the game.

- "Carcinogen Crush" by AFI, who already have a song in GHIII with "Miss Murder". Fun fact: You can make AFI fans cry by playfully bringing up their lead singer's sexual ambiguity. I've seen it happen.

- "Putting Holes in Happiness", a remix of a Marilyn Manson song by Nick Zinner of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs (who already have a song in Rock Band, "Maps", which rock band drummers may know by the name "I Hate My Right Leg").

That's a dandy list and all, but the point is that none of these songs are Journey's "Don't Stop Believing", and I will not play their little DLC games until either Activision or Harmonix bend to my ridiculous demands.
