Fatal Inertia EX on PlayStation Network
The calm before the storm.

KOEI has a present for PlayStation 3 owners in the form of Fatal Inertia EX, which will find itself landing on the PlayStation Network come the end of May 2008. Oh, and it's an exclusive.
“We’re really excited about what we’ve accomplished with Fatal Inertia EX,” said Mike Bond, lead game designer for Fatal Inertia EX. “Gamers will be amazed by all of the improvements we’ve made. Fatal Inertia EX is a faster, more visually-captivating experience packed with new content not found in the original.”
Fatal Inertia EX sports some exclusive content for its PlayStation 3 release, including a new environment and retuned flight model that'll improve handling. The game takes place at the Fatal Inertia Proving Grounds, the mecca for all things low-altitude combat oriented, and also home to the game's eight new tracks.
The DUALSHOCK 3 wireless controller plays a part in Fatal Inertia EX, using the controller's motion sensing technology for flight controls, if one is so inclined. New weather effects have also been added, as well as an overhauled garage for racecraft customization.
KOEI hasn't released a price yet but when they do, we'll let you know. Otherwise, look forward to Fatal Inertia EX popping up on the PlayStation Network at the end of the month.
