Sony Celebrates Thanksgiving... By Slashing PSN Prices!
Not unlike a year-end close-out event, eh?
Published: November 20, 2007
Ah, the Holidays, when sales make buying stuff for friends and family that much easier. It gets even better on Black Friday, when Thanksgiving gives way to fire sales of stuff and all those folks with days off (not us, of course) lose the ability for rational thought and invade stores like zombies, dropping their plastic and walking out with way, way too much.
Ah, but for companies like Sony Computer Entertainment America, it's a chance to drum up a few extra sales with the PS3. Case in point: the halving of prices for four of the bigger first-party offerings on the PlayStation Store. Starting today and lasting until November 29th, you can get Calling All Cars, Everyday Shooter, flOw and PixelJunk Racers for $4.99 each.
Personally, we'd snatch up CAC, flOw and ES and ditch PJR, but that's just us. Here's to hoping this isn't just a Thanksgiving thing and we see a sweet Kwanzaa sale too.
