WipeOut, Jet Moto on the Way
A new PlayStation Store update brings trailers and game packs, with more coming soon.

While still just two months in its infancy, the PlayStation Store is happily pacing along and delivering the online and downloadable content that Sony had been hinting at for years. It’s no Xbox Live, but the convenience of being able to snag a handful of PSone classics playable on the PSP or even a fully-functional Gran Turismo game in HD is nothing to sneeze at (and with 300,000 of you motorheads having already downloaded GT , who’s to argue?)
Fittingly enough, a steady stream of content has been pouring into the network with each new week. Why, just look at what the PlayStation fairy brought last Friday!
- A free costume pack for Genji: Days of the Blade, including alternate armor
- A new trailer for the remixed PS3 version of GripShift
- The original Rally Cross, newly emulated and available for the PSP for $5.99
- New trailers for upcoming Warner Bros. movies
And there’s even more on the way. Coming to a PlayStation Store near you is: a Blast Factor multiplayer pack ($2.99); a Gran Turismo HD Concept trailer; two new emulated PlayStation games for the PSP, WipeOut and Jet Moto, priced at $5.99 each; a new God of War II trailer and another batch of Warner Bros. movie trailers.
Pretty neat, right? Keep your eyes peeled on the PlayStation Network to see when the content actually hits. We’ll keep you posted as more comes!
