Winback In Action
Fresh off a one week vacation, KOEI and Cavia's shooter has finally hit stores.

Last week, we tipped you off to Winback 2 slipping a few days, and offered up an extremely logical and well thought out explanation as to why the game ended up shipping a week after the intended due date, even though we were fairly sure it was done a while ago. We still maintain this was a plausible and indeed likely scenario. Cause stuff like that happens all the time in the games industry, you don't even know.
None of that matters now, though, as the game has officially hit store shelves and the good folks at KOEI can finally stop worrying about kicking out press releases and little e-mail blasts with screenshots and movies and tidbits of info. It's done. Finished. Outta there.
We've already covered some of the game's basics based on a near-final version of Cavia's revitalization of the original N64-turned-PS2 stealth action game in our preview (and it's a hoot of a read, you really should check it out), so we'll ease off on the redundancy and just let you know that there's lots of wall hugging and shooting guys in the face. Cause that's how you fight terrorism, broseph.
And now you know.
