Unlock Card Girl A

Watch the replay between rounds 100 times to unlock Card Girl A.

Unlock Card Girl B

Do all the hidden moves of Card Girl A, then go to the character menu and hold down L1 while selecting Card Girl A. This will unlock Card Girl B.

Unlock Dana White

Complete all challenges with Lorenzo Fertita, then go to the character select screen and press L1 while selecting Fertita, to play as Dana White.

Unlock Hidden Moves

Do the following to unlock hidden moves: Move 1: Complete UFC Mode and get a Silver Belt Move 2: Complete UFC Mode in Open Weight and get a Gold Belt Move 3: Complete Arcade Mode Move 4: Complete Tournament Mode

Unlock John McCarthy

Complete all challenges with Mario Yamasaki to unlock John McCarthy, then go to the character select screen and press L1 while selecting Yamasaki.

Unlock Karate Style in Career Mode

Complete Career mode with a created Sumo fighter to unlock the Karate Style.

Unlock Kung Fu Style in Career Mode

Complete the Career mode with a Kickboxing created character to unlock the Kung Fu Style, (my personal favorite).

Unlock Lorenzo Fertitta

Win the Gold Belt in UFC Mode with a created character to unlock Fertitta.

Unlock Mario Yamasaki

Win the Gold Belt with a starting character to unlock Yamasaki.

Unlock Nin-Jitsu in Career Mode

Complete Career mode with a Karate created character to unlock the Nin-Jitsu style.

Win Gold Belt

You must first win the Silver Belt. Then go into UFC Mode and enter your fighter (that has the Silver Belt) into the Free Weight competition. Now you have to win the UFC mode to get the Gold Belt.
