At the Co-op/Solo Screen, hold L1, L2, R1, R2 and press Square (5x), O (5x). A sound will confirm the code.
All levels in off-line mode.
Choose your profile to play off line. Chooses solo or co-opp then at the main screen hold L1+L2+R1+R2 then press Square 5 times then Circle 5 times. If intered correctly all levels should be unlocked.
