Namco Bandai and Naruto Have Lots of Babies
Greatest Hits everywhere!
Published: March 27, 2008
Namco Bandai has achieved ultimate ninja status with Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2. The game has reached the highly-touted Greatest Hits status.
In Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2, players take on the role of Naruto in his pursuit to become Hokage of the Hidden Leaf Village. Of course fans will also get the chance to play through 60 missions and take command of over 30 other popular ninja from the series, but why would you when Naruto is the star of the game?
Players can also jump into any of the pivotal moments of the series, including Naruto's showdown against Gaara or the original storyline in Ultimate Road. Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 also lets players customize character strength, chakra, and special abilities, all in a bid for top honors. If players find they're lacking just the slightest bit, they can sharpen their technique in Iruka's Training mode.
But Namco Bandai decided that wasn't enough. No, what do you give the Naruto fan that has it all? More Naruto, of course.
Naruto: Ultimate Ninja, the original that started it all, will be available for a limited time only, letting fans experience the franchise's explosive opening one last time. Tons of unlockable content, an array of game modes, and numerous missions greet players as they pick their favorite character and follow their storyline from start to finish. It's like Naruto overload.
It's like one big Naruto fest today.
Grab Naruto: Ultimate Ninja before it's gone. Namco Bandai has said that supplies are pretty limited and won't last long. I don't know how true that is, but do you want to take that chance? And while you're at it, get the new Naruto: Ultimate Ninja 2 Greatest Hits addition. Keep the collection growing. Why stop now?
