The Madden Challenge Begins Anew
New year, new venues and now $100K up for grabs.
Published: August 17, 2005
Another year, another Madden Challenge. But what's this? It would appear things have changed a bit since last year. In addition to upping the grand prize to a full $100,000 and adding two divisions -- one for casual players and the other for "pros" -- Microsoft scored a coup and managed to gain the exclusive console for this year's Challenge. All of the matches will be played on the Xbox and only the Xbox. (Wait, so why are we covering this? Oh yeahhhh, because we love you guys).
The event kicks off at the ESPN Zone in Las Vegas next Saturday, August 27th and wraps up on February 6, 2006 in Honolulu. Since we're madly in love with the Ctrl+C, Ctrl+V combo, we're going to do it just once more today, all so you can enjoy the full schedule. Don't say we never gave you anything!
