Konami's Slim PlayStation Offerings
2007 may not be the year Konami gushes over Sony's platforms, but that doesn't mean they don't have a liiiitle something to show off.
Published: February 2, 2007
Holy crap, the death of E3 -- at least in terms of multi-million dollar booths and excessive blowing of cash -- has meant that companies now suddenly have dot-com era-levels of cash to spend on their marketing and PR efforts. This means more info doled out to you guys, the consumers, and more insane booze-fueled presentations of upcoming products for us press folk.
Case in point: Konami's Gamer's Day presentation. Held right around this time every year, Konami clearly had a few more bucks to spend this time around (or made it seem that way) and shelled out for plenty of drinks and catered food. Also different this time around was the attention paid to Sony platforms. With the exception of a smattering of games you could count on one hand, most of the attention was on the 360, Wii and especially the DS -- not surprising given that Konami has been raking in the cash on their DS releases.
So here, in no particular order (except that of original console release and alphabetically therein), is what Konami's talking about right now. Click on the title for the game page, which links to any previews, screenshots or movies we've got ready and waiting for you.
