During the game pause then enter the following buttons; UP, DOWN, LEFT, RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, CIRCLE.

Unlock All Levels

You must first have a game saved. From the Main menu select "Resume Game". Highlight your save and press the following buttons; UP, DOWN, DOWN, UP, LEFT, UP, RIGHT, DOWN. If entered correctly a level selection screen will appear, with all the levels accessible.
