Shut Up and Jam
See, that was a Charles Barkley reference, but this is actually a Tony Hawk game. Confused? Awesome, so are we.

There isn't too much in the way of PS2 news these days, but that doesn't mean games aren't still coming out for Sony's little black box. In fact, with the system still selling more than next-gen consoles (and yes, that definitely includes the PS3), it's a safe bet that more than a few games will continue to trickle their way down through the next-gen rafters to end up on a system with 100 million folks looking to buy more games down below.
Whether or not the Nintendo Wii is actually next-gen is a point of contention among some of the more insane parts of the internet, but the fact that a launch title for the system has managed to make its way down to the PS2 certainly says something (no, we don't know what that something is, we just know some people might take the fact and run with it).
In case you hadn't guessed yet, we're talking about Tony Hawk's Downhill Jam and in case you also couldn't tell, we're just killing space with this news story because really all we have to say is that it's out now and will be on shelves within a matter of hours. Actually, that's not entirely true. If you'd like to read a story that is just packed with details on the game... well, you won't find it here. But we do have this super-nifty Q&A session with someone from Activision who is just awesome about milking the company line! Isn't that interesting? No? Well, we'll have the review for you shortly, so check back soon.
