Spider-Man 2 Delayed..
In light of last weeks attacks on the World Trade Center, Activision's upcoming Spider-Man game for the PS one will be delayed.

Activision announced today that in light of the attacks that occurred last week on the World Trade Center, Spider-Man 2 Enter: Electro will be delayed for release.
The PS one title would have featured Spider-Man atop a New York City skyscraper that beared much resemblance to that of the World Trade Center. Out of respect for the victims of the recent attack, Activision will now alter several backgrounds in the title which may have looked like destroyed buildings.
Ron Doornink, Chief Operating Officer for Activision stated the following today:
[blockquote]"Activision is being extremely cautious about any images in our game that might be mistaken for the twin towers."[/blockquote]Spider-Man 2 Enter: Electro was to be released on Tuesday, September 18, 2001. Currently, Activision has not set a new shipping date.
