Go Long, NCAA Football 06 is Out!
School's out, but EA's college pigskin game for '06 has just kicked off.

Electronic Arts, now the sole owner of the football license (we're still shaking our fists at you), reaped the benefits of having this year's only college football game with today's release of NCAA Football 06.
Adding on top of the already successful formula, this year's installment sports the new Race for the Heisman mode, where players can actually turn a high school star into the next recipient of the Heisman Memorial Trophy. To highlight the guys pulling off those crucial plays that turn a game around in a heartbeat, gamers also have the opportunity to take the role of Impact Players.
As expected, the gameplay, sound and visual departments have all been tuned up, with a revised Dynasty Mode and new authentic studio commentary from Brad Nessler, Lee Corso and Kirk Herbstreit
Seeing as there's no competition for this one, EA has slapped a full $49.99 price tag on NCAA Football 06. Let's hope it's good then!
