Just a quick note for those of you dying to know the progress of Activision and Dreamworks' latest collaboration, Madagascar. The game has shipped to stores on time and should be waiting for you to make that trip to the nearby game store after you exit the theatre, youngins' incessant "gimmie gimmie gimmie" cries assaulting your ears. It just may be enough to help them pipe down for a couple hours.
"Our close collaboration with DreamWorks Animation has allowed us to create a video game that truly captures the humor, friendship and adventure portrayed in the film," claims Activision Publishing President Kathy Vrabeck. "Madagascar The Game will further engage players in the zoo animals' story and enhance their film-going experience."
We took a peek at an early build of the game a while back and walked away with a surprisingly decent experience. Check out our preview here and don't forget to visit the game page for the latest screens and whatnot.
