Infogrames Races To The PlayStation2
Infogrames recently announced it's newest title to grace the PlayStation2 this summer.

This summer, PlayStation2 owners can expect a real high-octane, high-adrenaline rush when Infogrames Inc. releases its newest PlayStation2 title.
Le Mans 24 Hours will be arriving to the PlayStation2 for a Summer 2001 release, complete with all the official licensing from the legendary race. This title will feature over 70 licensed vehicles, 12 real-world tracks along with realistic physic systems and various graphical effects such as dust, shadows in real-time, smoke and sparks.
Pit-crew animations, real-time headlight and lighting functions along with driver animations will also take full advantage of the PlayStation2 hardware. A massive overall improvement in the AI system has also been anticipated. Both one-player and two-player split screen modes will be available.
