Go Go Indigo
Quantic Dream’s innovative adventure game is finally here.

Well it’s about freakin’ time. For years now, we’ve been hearing about Fahrenheit, an adventure game from the makers of the overly ambitious Omikron on the PC a few years back.
For whatever reason, the noir-ish tale of a man possessed and driven to kill a complete stranger in a New York bathroom got renamed Indigo Prophecy during the trip across the pond, but the game itself seems more or less unchanged.
This is a good thing, since the game has quickly become the gaming press’ darling, receiving healthy reviews overseas and now a handful of good ones from gaming mags here in the States. There’s a good reason for it, and if you’ve played the PC demo released a while back, you’ll know why; the game looks like it offers a genuinely awesome storyline.
That storyline branches off based on character actions, and the story itself is actually told from a couple of different perspectives. It’s an ambitious approach to storytelling, but it seems developer Quantic Dream finally has hardware powerful enough to tell the tale.
We’ve already posted tons of media on the IP game page, so head over and check out some of the movies for more info. Or, if you’re like us, you’ll have dropped everything and run out to the store to buy the gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
