Take-Two Spills Beans in Q4 Financial Report
Midnight Club 3 delayed? San Andreas on other consoles? Manhunt as a Greatest Hit? PSP projects? Get the goods inside.

Take-Two Interactive, in releasing its fourth quarter and fiscal year financial results, dropped the bomb on some of Rockstar Games' biggest blockbusters and upcoming releases. One of the biggest surprises came by mention of "a new console title based on a proven brand from Rockstar's internal studios" that is scheduled for a release in 2005. To top things off, two titles based on successful Rockstar brands are expected to emerge on the PlayStation Portable (PSP) sometime in fiscal 2005, which certainly introduces the possibility of a new handheld GTA game.
Proving that the word "exclusive" has become no more than a meaningless label, Rockstar Games will be releasing Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas on the Xbox and PC in Q3 2005. The game is also scheduled to see light in Japan sometime next year.
Midnight Club 3: DUB Edition, the tricked-out racer slated for a release in January 2005, has been pushed back to second quarter 2005 to "allow additional development time," according to the release.
In other news, Rockstar Games will be launching Manhunt as a PlayStation 2 Greatest Hit in the first quarter of 2005.
Take-Two's announcements certainly throw a curveball into the mix, and as always, we'll keep you posted as these stories develop.
