The widely anticipated third installment in the premier Gran Turismo racing series franchise may be arriving in Japanese stores sooner than you think.
According to Japanese gaming magazine; Famitsu.com, Sony Computer Entertainment Inc. (SCEI) has set an official release date for Gran Turismo 3. The game is expected to be released into the Japanese market on February 15, 2001.
This announcement was made during a recent PlayStation2 celebration held in Tokyo, Japan. At this time, there is no firm date on when the game will be released in North America.
