FlatOut 2 to See U.S. Turf in 2006
A sequel's already in the making, and the first FlatOut hasn't even hit the states yet!

Empire Interactive certainly seems to be one U.K. company that's ahead of the game, as today, it announced its plans to hand North American publishing rights for FlatOut 2 over to Vivendi Universal Games. Funny, since the original doesn't even see U.S. retail until... actually, tomorrow. Talk about timeliness!
"We are excited to continue our successful relationship with Empire Interactive with the newly signed distribution agreement for FlatOut 2," says Philip W. O'Neil, Chief Operating Officer and President of North America for Vivendi Universal Games.
Notwithstanding, FlatOut 2 looks to deliver another healthy heap of over-the-top racing, with environments that can fall victim to the destruction and 16 customizable cars to boot.
FlatOut 2 hits U.S. shores in 2006, while its currently unreleased predecessor hits here tomorrow.
