Final Fantasy XI Details!
Details on SquareSoft's FF XI have been revealed!

Squaresoft of Japan announced today details regarding their next installment in the Final Fantasy series; Final Fantasy XI for the PlayStation 2. Squaresoft of Japan has stated that the title is expected to be released March 2002 and will be an online title.
FFXI will utilize PlayOnline and will not charge customers until a month after the release of the title. The price of the game has not been completly set, but is said to be between 6,000 and 7,000 yen.
This announcement only mentioned Sony's PlayStation 2 platform, making square to still be a Sony only developer. Expect details regarding the US date and plan, sometime in the near future. Stay tuned to PSX2.com for the latest.
