For the week from October 29th to November 4th, it seems that several of the initial PS2 titles have strayed away from their top 10 positions.

NPD released their new TRSTS video game sales report for the week starting from October 29th to November 4th. It seems that many new surprises came within the ranking of the Top 10 PlayStation2 titles, along with the ranking of the Top 10 Videogame Titles for the week.

Madden NFL 2001 continues to break ground with it's top position on the sales charts. Tekken Tag Tournament retains it's spot on the list as the second highest selling game.

However, it seems that Snowboard SuperX (SSX) has been knocked down from it's 3rd place ranking to fourth place, with an unlikely challenger taking over the third-place position. Fantavision; Sony's rather addictive and brilliant looking fireworks/puzzle simulator entered the list this week at number 3.

It should be noted that Fantavision is the only actual first-party title that was released by Sony Computer Entertainment. As a result, several stores included the game as part of their PlayStation2 bundled offers.

On the general Top 10 listing of highest selling titles, many of the initial PS2 titles have dropped down, or completely off the ranking. Madden 2001 stumbled from 4th place to 8th, with Tekken Tag Tournament being the only other game (at 21) to round off the Top 25 console games.
