Boy, do we love our superheroes. Especially when they sport matching attire (why must you be different, Ben?) and have a common goal of saving the day from a nefarious villain. Sound familiar? Why, it's the Fantastic Four, the superteam with an upcoming movie to its name and who's game has just popped up in retail. Mr. Fantastic (Reed Richards), The Invisible Woman (Sue Storm), The Human Torch (Johnny Storm) and The Thing (Ben Grimm); yep, they're all here, each with their unique powers which you can manipulate in team-based and even co-op action.

"Fantastic Four lets gamers relive the action and excitement of one of the summer's most anticipated films, from the plot to the locations to the actors," explains Kathy Vrabeck, president, Activision Publishing. "Players also experience more than the film in a completely original storyline that expands the Super Heroes' universe through exclusive game missions and environments."

The game's story, the work of X2 co-writer Zak Penn, follows the gang from their hospital outbreak to their endeavors in combating Doctor Doom. Keeping in touch with the movie, lead actors including Chris Evans (The Perfect Score), Michael Chiklis (The Shield) and even hottie Jessica Alba have reprised their roles for the Fantastic Four game.

Ready to save the day? No? Well, once you are, be sure to jet on over to retailers to pick up a copy of the E-10+ rated Fantastic Four game.
