Okay, first off, this is not official, a fact that the guys over at Gamers.com (especially that kooky Chris Leonard, he's a little loopy) were all to eager to point out. Problem is, like so many juicy rumors, it's too fun not to talk about. So what's the unconfirmed word? Apparantly, the Japanese release of Resident Evil: CODE Veronica Complete (you guessed it, a PS2 port of the DC hit) may be packing another CD in the case, one with a demo of a little game called Devil May Cry.

For those that aren't clued in on the gothic action shooter, Devil May Cry actually started out as a Resident Evil game, but spun off to become it's own project. If you need the full skinny, check out the movie, kicked out last month over at Gamers.

It may not be true, but it's fun to hope. CODE Veronica Complete will be released next March.
