Bargain Bins Beware!

The invasion of retailers looms, as Destroy All Humans! has gone Greatest Hits.

Assuming you've managed to hold out this long on partaking in the neighborhood-blasting, human-zapping goodness of Destroy All Humans!, THQ's announcement today of the game receiving Greatest Hits induction today may just be enough to change your stubborn little mind.

...you do know what that means, right? Twenty dollar price tag? A fancy-shmancy new box with a red bar plastered on top? Ok, just making sure.

"Achieving Greatest Hits and Platinum Hits status is a testament to the broad consumer appeal and future potential for Destroy All Humans!" hinted Kelly Flock, executive vice president, Worldwide Publishing, THQ. "Destroy All Humans! success exemplifies THQ's commitment to developing and supporting original gaming brands. We're thrilled with the continued success of the brand, and plan to further build upon the momentum created by its strong performance."

A sequel in the works? Who would've thought? It's not like the game has had wheelbarrows of money poured into its ad exposure or a seperate soundtrack release or anything... but heck, why are you worrying about it? You haven't even played the game yet, nor have you read review, so we've heard from a super-reliable, anonymous source. Git on it, we say!
