History Repeats Itself

With another batch of old school Capcom awesomeness!

We at TPS have got something of a soft spot for the classic videogames of yore, so when we’re presented with the opportunity to embrace our old school roots, we’re known to happily comply (additionally because the fools who fail to do so are subject to immediate and relentless lashings of no less than 50 strokes).

So joyous we are to see yet another melting pot of Capcom classics making its way to retailers with today’s release of – yup, you’ve got it – Capcom Classics Collection Vol. 2. And while this may just seem like second compilation of 20 or so retro relics, in reality, it’s... ok, a second compilation of 20 or so retro relics, but not without the inclusion of some tasty bonuses! We’re talking remixed music, original art, to a special edition of Quiz and Dragons that merits cheat codes and even... a video tutorial of Super Street Fighter II Turbo? Hey, we’ll take what we can get.

Oh, so about those classics.
