Dark Void demo releasing this week
Put on your Bermuda shorts and head for the Triangle.

This Thursday, Capcom’s Rocketeer-inspired Dark Void will be hitting the PlayStation Network in demo form. Dark Void features an interesting amalgamation of features, ranging from cover-based third person shooting to jetpack dogfighting and UFO hijacking, and a funky vertical cover mechanic that sees the protagonist fighting his way up cliffs and the like with the aid of his jetpack.
The demo should be the perfect test to see if you can withstand the vertigo that the game’s verticality is likely to induce.
The full release of Dark Void is set for January 12, so if the demo gets your juices flowing, it won’t be a long wait for the rest of William Augustus Grey’s journey into the Void. Will Grey and his pal Nikola Tesla be able to help the good aliens fight the bad aliens and make it back to Earth? Tune in next week for the brain-curdling conclusion!
