Natsume Inc. has a portable heavy lineup this E3, most especially for the Nintendo DS and PlayStation Portable, coming this summer and fall.
"We are very excited to share the details on all of the titles that fans and consumers can expect to see from us later this year," said Hiro Maekawa, President and CEO at Natsume. "From all-new games that expand on the Harvest Moon series to an original-IP, Princess Debut, a dance and adventure game for girls, we will have plenty of family-friendly interactive entertainment for everyone in the household."
For the PlayStation Portable, Natsume has Yumi's Odd Odyssey on tap, a puzzle platformer that traps players in a strange world full of spikes, pitfalls, and giant, hostile fish. With nothing but a fishing line and her wits, Yumi will run, jump, and swing to freedom, using the fishing line as a grappling hook to latch onto surfaces. Open-ended levels abound with bright graphics and the Natsume promises that the physics will level players speechless.
Other Natsume offerings include Rune Factory 2: A Fantasy Harvest Moon for the Nintendo DS, Princess Debut for the Nintendo DS, Harvest Moon: Island of Happiness for the Nintendo DS, Harvest Moon: Tree of Tranquility for the Nintendo Wii, and Hamtaro for the Nintendo DS.
Looks like Natsume's release calendar will be busy for the rest of the year!
