Ubisoft isn't wasting any time using that Tom Clancy IP they just recently snagged.

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X (high-altitude warfare) is set to take to the skies this Fall for the PlayStation 3. The goal? To deliver an authentic aerial combat experience that'll rival anything out on the market today. Ubisoft's Bucharest studio is handling the project, with a storyline set in 2012, where more nations are becoming dependent on private military companies. The Reykjavik Accord legitimizes their existence by authorizing the companies' rights to serve in every aspect of military operations. Growing concerns around their power begins to mount.

Tom Clancy's H.A.W.X is the first of its kind, being the first air combat game set in the Tom Clancy game universe. It incorporates the Enhanced Reality System, which will allow novice pilots to become elite in no time, Assistance Mode, which eases players into their missions as they ramp up their skills, and plenty of multi-player action. What's an air combat game without some good dogfights? The entire campaign will allow four-player jump in co-op. In PvP mode, up to 15 players can put their sidewinder missiles where their mouths are.

It's good to see Ubisoft getting into the air combat game with a Tom Clancy title. Their other titles have a nice amount of polish so it'll be exciting to see what they do with this game.
