Zen Studios Announces CastleStorm
A great new table for Marvel Pinball...err, no, wait, it's WHAT?

CastleStorm is an amazing new physics-based weather simulator set in Scotland! No, that isn't right... CastleStorm is Sam Bishop's new digs in the Bavarian Alps! That can't be right either... shoot. What the hell is it?
“CastleStorm is frantic tower defense warfare with tons of weapons, enemies and characters. Fending off a barrage of Direwolves, Bear Riders and Hammer Throwers while destroying an enemy castle will make you laugh, think and adapt in order to survive!” said Mel Kirk, Zen Studios Vice President of Marketing and Public Relations.
Oh! Thanks Mel! Tower Defense, eh... that's old hat, you say? Well leave it to the folks at Zen Studios to find a way to put their spin on it with their own particular brand of fun! With loads of goofy ballistic weapons like apple grenades, homing eagles and flying sheep, combined with punishing ground forces like donkey riders you've got the forces to keep your castle standing. If that isn't enough, employ an array of spells to slow the scoundrels!
Not only that, but you can unlock your inner Lego by constructing your own castles from the ground up (Rampart anyone?) and then defend them. Because we all know defending your own creation is way better than some generic pile of towers that just got handed to you.
“Building castles and then knocking them down was fun as a kid, and it’s still fun now. CastleStorm gives you that and a whole lot more!” said Neil Sorens, Zen Studios Creative Director.
The whole thing sounds like a SMASHING GOOD TIME (get it!) and we respect the Zen pedigree. Look for out roving team of intrepid reporters to gather more info next week at E3!
