Here at the TPS Northeast branch, we might as well be in Canada. Sure, we don't have subsidized health care, but we DO have gallons of maple syrup and plenty of funny accents. We also have a healthy love of the great sport of hockey. Because of that we were able to grab these EXCLUSIVE DETAILS* of the next installment in the EA NHL series, NHL 13.

Hell yeah, Dean! Much like the new installment of FIFA, this years NHL game will have exciting new AI that makes your computer teammates somewhat less useless! There's also something known as True Performance Skating, the details of which are a bit of a mystery, but it means you skate more like a real player!
The new GM Connected mode finally takes the deep franchise mode online, so you can try out your front office prowess against up to 29 of your closest friends on the internet! Taking a page from BioWare, the mode will also connect with a new mobile app that means you are never going to miss another trade offer because you had to refill the fridge!
NHL Moments Live recreates some of the best moments from the history of the league that is as cool as ice, letting you perform pivotal puck pizzazz. By history of the league, I mean last season, but it's the idea that counts.
Fans of the franchise can expect several other improvements and innovations in NHL 13, such as:
· Team-First Presentation, which customizes your NHL 13 experience based on your favorite NHL team
· The addition of Customizable EA SPORTS Hockey IQ allowing players to create and record their own player and team strategies to a level never before seen in the franchise.
· Improvements to core offline and online modes, including Hockey Ultimate Team, Be a Pro, EA SPORTS Hockey League, a refined on-ice presentation, and more.
