No, I wasn't fortunate enough to be bribed by MS at that Press Conference. But, what questions do you have?

was more curious about the 4gb one, since i just want to get one to mostly play my arcade games, but i remember the 20gb one really had like 13gb, so would a 4gb actually have like 1?

was thinking 250 anyways because if i ever wanted to play a real game with an install i'd be boned but i dunno with how much i'd use it honestly it seems like a waste.

Get the 250gb one. It is not that much more money and you will no doubt be using it in the future. The 4gb one is exactly that, 4gb as far as I know. I forget what they use to make it like that. It's probably a Solid State chip, I think soldered onto the mainboard. 4gb isn't even that much for arcade games, some of those are large.

well it's a gift thing and i have $300 to spend, so a 250 would get me only that and nothing else but if it was a 4gb i'd get a free year of live and maybe some new games, so i was weighing my options

Hmmm... tough choice then. The other issue is I don't believe you can, later down the road, get a hard drive for the slim.

I believe they were selling those HDD separately, or at least made the announcement.

yeah they have a 250gb drive they're selling for some absurd amount of money. it would be cheaper in the long run just to get the 250gb i guess.

not even sure i want one anymore though, still lookin at junk.

If I had a 360, the games that I'd want to play are Alan Wake, Crackdown (not 2 though), Gears of War (all 3 eventually), Viva Pinata (maybe), and Limbo. Everything else is either on the PS3 or nothing to write home about IMO.
